Society For Welfare Of Children organized a disability identification and certification camp at Khardah on 2nd February, 2016. The certificates were distributed on 5th March, 2016. The certificate holders finally received their disability cards on 20th July, 2016 at Janardan Smriti Mandir Club, Khardah. The Child Development Project Officer, Govt. of West Bengal handed over the cards to the candidates in presence of SFWOC Secretary and the members of Janardan Smriti Mandir Club.
