Ketaki Sankar Adhikaree - President

Mr. Ketaki Sankar Adhikaree joined as Deputy Director, Social Welfare and Asstt. Commissioner Disabilities since February, 2000 at newly established Commissionerate (Disabilities) was in charge of the office more than once. Held Mobile Courts in districts. Attended many conferences at Delhi, Bangaluru, Hyderabad and Supreme Court to represent Commissioner and played important role in Consultation on Rights to PWD Bill 2010. In addition to normal day to day administrative function. Working as consultant, National Institute of Orthopaedically Handicapped, GOI, 4 years. Attending many study centers recognized by RCI as visiting Lecturer. Held video conference at IGNOU New Delhi on inclusive Education sponsored by RCI.

Dr. Monidipa Banerjee - G.B Member

Senior Consultant Pediatrician(Neonatology/Neurodevelopmental Disorders)

Senior Pediatrician with international exposure and training in the U.K. Trained in Pediatrics, Neonatology, and Neurodevelopmental disorders. Distinguished author in over twenty publications in international and national peer-reviewed journals, and demonstrated ability in setting up Pediatric, Neonatology, and Neurodevelopmental departments and protocol in a large corporate hospital : exploring challenging senior consultancy assignments with a professionally managed organization.

Mr. Ashim Das - Secretary

Mr. Ashim Kumar Das did Bachelors of Science in Physiology from Calcutta University & obtained post graduate diploma from Calcutta productivity council under Government of West Bengal. Post graduate diploma in marketing management from SISI.Then he joined as welfare officer in Cycle Corporation of India, under Govt. of India in 1980. Then worked as research assistant under national productivity council, Government Of India.
In the year of 2001 ‘Society for Welfare of Children’ was established as his brainchild. He nurtured and fostered the Society from a mere seed to a growing and blooming plant. He has 20 years of experience in non-governmental sector and at present he is the Secretary of this association and looking forward for its optimum growth for the well being of society at large.

Dr. Sreelata Ghosh Choudhury - G.B Member

Dr Sreelata Ghosh Choudhury did her Ph.D.2009 on tests used in thesis includes Anxiety, Depression, Hopelessness, Acceptance of Disability, Ego Strength, Locus of Control. Her field of specialization on Counselling and Guidance, Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, Clinical Psychology, Special Education Training of Teachers, Placement of PWD, Community Based Rehabilitation. Her experiences are :

1. National Institute for Orthopedically Handicapped, B.T. Road, Bon-Hoogly, Kolkata – 700090 posted as Vocational Counsellor.

2. United Nations Volunteer-Specialist United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN House, Marine Garden, Christ Church, Barbados posted as Special Needs Teacher, at Ministry of Education, Govt. of Montserrat, Montserrat, West Indies.

Archana Sharma - G.B Member

A Counselling Psychologist (RCI-A31352), School Counsellor and Life Skill Trainer. She completed M. Sc in Psychology Specialization in Counselling from West Bengal State University in 2011, PG diploma in rehabilitation psychology from University of Calcutta,   Transactional Analysis (TA 101), Basic certificate Course done from International Transactional Analysis Association. She has total work experience of 8years. Certified Dermatology Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) counsellor. She has done no. Of 1- 1 (One to one) session for the same. Conducted workshops for Parents and Students for the same. She is a Certified COGMED Coach from Pearson clinical Academy. She also has conducted training for the same. Organized Sensitizing workshops for Parents and Teachers. The main area of interest is in working with Adolescents and Adults. She also worked as soft skill trainer at ADD life caring minds.
