An interactive workshop on ‘Role of Parenting in Child Development’ with stalwarts from different field was organised on 29th January, 2017 at Salt Lake unit of Society For Welfare Of Children. The aim of this workshop was to enlighten the audience about role of parenting from every possible aspect. The audience included parents, teachers and everyone who play a vital role in child development.
Developmental Paediatrician Dr. Monideepa Banerjee, Psychiatrist Dr. Tapas Banerjee, Clinical Psychologist Dr. Sreelata Ghosh Choudhury, Psychologist Ms. Anindita Majumder and Special Educator Mrs. Mousumi Chakrobarty were the speakers. Our Chief Guest of honour for the workshop was famous dancer, Mrs. Alakananda Roy.
